On September 10, 2025, a comprehensive thermographic audit was conducted across the electrical distribution systems of Priyadarshini Polysack Ltd. in Kolhapur. The audit aimed to identify abnormal thermal signatures, assess the operating condition of critical electrical infrastructure, and ensure overall operational safety and reliability.
High-Risk Observations: Significant hotspots were noted in Unit-I COS Panel (63.7 °C) and Loom Panel-1 (61–68 °C). These findings indicate internal termination and contactor heating that requires urgent corrective maintenance.
